What is going on and how it gets diagnosed
P0352 is an electrical fault in the control circuit for ignition coil B, not a general misfire code. The computer switches each coil on and off directly and monitors that circuit, so it can tell the difference between a cylinder that misfires and a coil it cannot command at all.
Which physical cylinder is coil B depends on the engine's firing order and wiring, so check the diagram for your engine rather than assuming it is cylinder 2. Swap the suspect coil with a neighbour: if the code follows the coil the part is faulty, and if it stays with the cylinder the fault is in the wiring or the computer's driver.
