This has been a recall for over 5 months and my van is still not repaired and my two middle seats are unsafe for my children to be in. Toyota and the dealership say there is no fix, but the car is unsafe in the second row per their recommendation.Owner report · Seats · May 2026
There is a safety recall on my vehicle with no remedy. It has been 7 months since the recall notification. The dealer provided us with a rental, however it is a different model (Sienna vs 4 Runner).Owner report · Seats · May 2026
Difficulty in pulling the seats belt on the second row seats when the car is turned off. Child has no wiggle room once it’s fastened and cannot undo seat belt as there’s no room to reach to unbuckle belt. I have to force the seat belt out of booster seat so belt can retract completely. The third row seats had a similar issue but didn’t have to force to out of booster seat for it to work properly.Owner report · Seat Belts · May 2026
