The battery has been replaced with the same type of 12 volt battery 2 times and the car still died. the car becomes inoperable. The contact stated that while driving approximately 10 MPH, the steering wheel suddenly malfunctioned and erroneously self-turned to the left, causing the vehicle to crash into a pole, where the vehicle came to a stop. The damage was to the front of the vehicle. During the incident, no injuries were reported, and no police report was taken. The cause of the failure was not determined. “Brakes were malfunctioning and did not work. I was traveling South of Hwy 99 in the middle lane and noticed the vehicles in front of me were slowing down and braking. I attempted to applied the brakes but it was not working. I swerved to the left to avoid a collision with the vehicles in front of me. As I swerved to the left onto the fast lane, I hit the vehicle in that lane. Myself, along with the 3 passengers were transported to the hospital. The vehicle is towed and has not been inspected by the insurance company. Police was called to the scene.
