This is a major safety risk. While driving in the left lane of the highway the car abruptly turned off and gave a "Service hybrid required" type of message. My husband was almost hit by a truck. We have been trying for MONTHS to get the recall corrected, but the Worcester, MA dealership keeps telling us they don't have any loaners to give us so they can perform the recall.Owner report · Unknown Or Other · Apr 2026

Hybrid battery system, still don't have heat after 2 years of car ownership. Not to mention the hybrid battery failure rate, I've driven several times and the vehicle will just have no power. I bring it to the dealership almost monthly and they always have some excuse. The vehicle's lane assist is also a hazard. I'll just be driving down highway and it'll just jerk the wheel randomly.Owner report · Electrical System · Apr 2026
