I had stopped at a red light and the auto start/stop turned off the car. It would not restart. The fault caused it to stay in Park and could not get out of Park to move vehicle. This not only caused a road hazard but made me and others unsafe. The cause was a enclosed fuse box that made batteries go bad. I feel Jeep should be responsible for this.Owner report · Electrical System · Jun 2026

I was driving my car and the car shut off at 30 mph. It completely stopped and the steering wheel locked up. Started flashing start/stop and told me to put it in park. Glad no one got hurt and hope it doesn't do it again.Owner report · Unknown Or Other · Mar 2026

While the headlight switch was in the on position, the headlights operated as designed. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer but was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The contact associated the failure with NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V950000 (Exterior Lighting); however, the VIN was not included. Fuel pump loosing prime it cracks either in housing or hose internal to the tank and it causes it to loose prime. Long Crank Times/No Start And stall and rough idling at stoplights and upon acceleration. Issue was confirmed and reproduced by independent service center.Owner report · Fuel/Propulsion System · Feb 2026
Steering is erratic while driving. Car is shifting left and right by itself while driving down the road feeling like the tires want to go different directions from one another. Steering wheel makes noticeable movement on its own left and right while going down a straight smooth road.Owner report · Steering · Feb 2026
Driver's seat belt retractor doesn't retract all of the time. Hangs up & leaves slack. Bought car & wasn't as bad. Didn't talk to dealer until now. Drove car 800 miles & 4 months since purchase. Dealer service dept says no extended warranty etc. I'm past the original warranty period & the 3 month certified used car warranty. Car was sold on Oct 14, 2025. The equipment checklist form marked that all safety systems were working. I feel a slack belt, getting worse is a safety issue the manufacturer should fix in a 5 year old car. Date is now when it's gotten really slow. It was somewhat that way at purchase. Needed to be shook to retract. AlOwner report · Seat Belts · Feb 2026
I was driving on the highway. There were no other vehicles nearby. I heard a loud pop/bang. I thought a tire burst but then discovered the back windshield had shatteredOwner report · Unknown Or Other · Feb 2026
This vehicle has ongoing issues with electrical systems. Any time temperature drops into negative digits the vehicle will drain both batteries to the point the auto is inoperable. Further jump starting the vehicle in a very low battery state is a futile venture. The issue leaves the vehicle and it's occupants stranded in sub-zero conditions.Owner report · Engine · Jan 2026
