“Vehicle randomly hesitates to shift (slip/flare), usually from 3-4 or 8-9 gears. It is sometimes accompanied by a clunk/slam before/after engaging the higher numbered gear. It seems to happen more often when the transmission is at/approaching normal operating temperature. The slip/flare has been becoming more frequent and is now randomly accompanied by the clunk/slam. “I am hearing and feeling snaps coming from my vehicle steering. It feels like the steering column is not functioning correctly. I can feel the truck getting more sloppy turning and traveling differently than it did at 35,000 miles. Ford wants to charge me $185 to investigate and then they may take action. “The audio system "glitched" and all of the speakers started screeching at maximum volume. I was unable to get this to stop outside of turning the vehicle off. It is so loud my ear were ringing for hours. This is loud enough it could definitely cause someone to wreck and impairs driving ability. “Front doors will not close and latch when it is cold outside. Multiple dealerships have told me there is nothing that they can do to fix this issue. Doors will come open while driving if they don't latch. I often have to use a ratchet strap to keep doors shut from the inside while driving in cold weather. “The contact owns a 2023 Ford F-350 SD. The contact stated while attempting to start the vehicle, the vehicle failed to start. The vehicle was towed to a dealer where it was diagnosed and determined that metal shavings were found inside the fuel system and that the fuel system needed to be replaced. The contact stated that the Insurance Company inspected the vehicle and found metal shavings inside the fuel tank. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. “This truck has 20,000 miles. I experienced what's called the death wobble which nearly shook the truck off the road. The dealership told me a $2000 dollar duel steering stabilizer would fix the problem. I reluctantly payed for it as they said the lift voided the warranty. The truck is still not fixed and my wife nearly went off the road today driving it. I read online that a stabilizer doesn't fix the problem it only masks the symptoms. “I have 2100 miles on 2023 f350 6.7l high output and saw as I was walking up to it a puddle of diesel on the ground. I know fuel leaks are dangerous and can cause fires so I'm not going to try it until I can get it in for service. I will be scheduling an appt tomorrow to get the problem fixed. Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2023-2024 F-250, F-350, and F-450 vehicles. Water may enter the Tailgate Park Assist Sensor Interface Module (TPASIM) and cause the rearview camera image to display intermittently or appear blue or black.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the tailgate top camera, wire harness, TPASIM module, and update the Image Processing Module A (IPMA) software, free of charge. Ford Motor Company is recalling certain 2022-2023 Ford Super Duty F-350, F-450, F-550, and F-600 vehicles. The fasteners for the front wheel hub extender may be insufficiently tightened, which can result in the wheel and wheel extender detaching from the vehicle.
Remedy: Owners are advised not to drive their vehicle until the repair has been performed. Dealers will inspect the front wheel hub extender retaining nuts. If the retaining nuts are loose, dealers will replace the wheel hub extender, retaining nuts, and hub assembly. Repairs will be performed free of charge. Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2021-2024 Bronco, F-150, 2021-2024 Edge, 2022-2025 Escape, F-250, F-350, F-450, F-550, F-600, 2022-2024 Expedition, 2022-2025 Transit, 2021-2023 Mach-E, 2024 Ranger, Mustang, 2021-2023 Lincoln Nautilus, 2022-2024 Navigator, and 2023-2024 Corsair vehicles. A software error may cause the rearview camera image to delay, freeze, or not display when the vehicle is in reverse.
Remedy: The accessory protocol interface module (APIM) software will be updated by a dealer or through an over-the-air update, free of charge. This will be a phased campaign, with the remedy becoming available in different phases based on model and model years. Interim letters notifying owners of the safety risk were mailed on June 26, 2025. Additional letters will be mailed once the final remedy is available on each phase. Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2023 Super Duty F-250, F-350, and F-450 vehicles. The steering column upper shaft bolts may be missing or improperly tightened, resulting in possible separation of the steering column from the adjoining components.

The owner's manual does not include instructions for adjusting or removing certain head restraints. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 202, "Head Restraints."
Remedy: Ford will mail the Owner's Manual addendums that describe how to adjust and remove the head restraints for the center seating positions, free of charge. Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Bronco, Explorer, Lincoln Aviator, F-250 SD, F-350 SD, F-450 SD, F-550 SD, 2021-2022 Lincoln Navigator, Mustang, F-150, and 2022 Expedition vehicles. The low-pressure fuel pump may fail, which can result in an engine stall while driving.

If the driver and front passenger door module experiences a low power condition and resets while the window is moving, the anti-pinch function may not detect an obstacle near the top edge and may not automatically reverse direction.

The module may have been improperly soldered, preventing the instrument panel from illuminating. When towing a trailer, the integrated trailer module (ITRM) may lose communication with the vehicle, possibly causing a loss of brake and turn signal lights, or a loss of brake function. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, " Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."
