I purchased 2, 2024 F350 Super Duty's for our Highway Dept. The camera systems on both trucks failed. This includes the backup camera and forward facing camera. I found a recall notice (24S66) for this exact problem affecting 2024 F350's. I brought mine to the dealership and was informed that my VIN was not included in the recall. The repair would cost $1,200. A check of the second trucks VIN was not included either. I will be filing another report for that truck as well. The truck has a clunk in the steering when pulling trailers and does not do this when not laden. The vehicle has only 2,480 miles on it. I was told at the dealership that this will not be fixed because they are not able to replicate the issue. There is a TSB on the issue: SSM 53169 2023-2024 F-Super Duty - Popping/Thumping/Clunking/Knocking Noise From The Steering Column - Built On Or Before 12-Jul-2024 The vehicle was built prior to 12-Jul-2024.Owner report · Steering · Mar 2026
Vehicle has gone into LIMP mode multiple times. Was driving the vehicle and the check engine light went on and the vehicle reduced its speed to 25 mph. This is very dangerous because the traffic was moving at 70 mph and could have rear ended me. The F350 has been at the dealership since March 18. The dealer has diagnosed it but claim they cannot get the part they need to fix it. They insist I return the loaner and drive the F350 home with the problem.Owner report · Engine · Mar 2026
Our passenger side heated mirror is melting. We are unsure as to the plastics used and why it is melting. This mirror is also a heated mirror with electric connected to it. The Ford Dealer told us that Ford will not repair this under warranty. Why is this melting. What type of cheap plastic did they use. Please help us getting to the bottom of this. Thank you.Owner report · Unknown Or Other · Nov 2025

In tow/haul mode on even a slight downgrade while towing a 9000lb fifth wheel camper even the slightest application of brakes causes an extreme downshift from 10th to 4th at highway speeds of 60+ mph revving the engine to over 5000rpms and causing slight rear wheel lockup on dry roads. This could be fatal on even slightly damp roads. This occurred multiple timesOwner report · Power Train · Jun 2025
