P0175: System Too Rich Bank 2

What is going on and how it gets diagnosed
P0175 says bank 2 is running rich enough that the computer has cut fuel as far as it can and the mixture is still too heavy. Rich running is more damaging than it feels: unburned fuel dilutes the oil film on the cylinder walls and overheats the catalytic converter.
If P0172 appears alongside it, the cause is shared between the banks and fuel pressure or air metering leads the list. If P0175 stands alone, suspect one leaking injector on bank 2 - a simple pressure-hold test after shutdown shows whether an injector is weeping fuel into a cylinder overnight.
