“My frame rusted through on the right side and the front axle bracket separated from the frame. The vehicle drove erraticaly until the bracket came to rest in the hole it left in the frame. “Tire tread separated from tire causing damage to the wheel well and body/ after incident occured the tire continued to retain full air pressure and still does to this date. “I was driving down the road, I lost control of my vehicle and crashed into a concrete wall with the right rear end of my vehicle. I was seat belted in my vehicle. When the vehicle came to a final rest, then is when my seat belt popped (unlatched). I did not injury my body. However, I do not feel confortable knowing that my belt did not hold me. “The engine started knocking at around 65,000 to 70,000 miles. Toyota has a 5yr/60,000 mile warranty. I contacted toyota and they would not stand behind their product. They find it acceptable for an engine to be rebult or replaced at cost to the cosumer of $3000 to $5000 dollars. “Sidewalls of all tires are peeling off. White is extremely visible behind black sidewall. Tires have less than 30000 miles on them. These tires were made in the decator plant and have the vd designation in the dot square. Also there are enormouse cracks in the tread section of the tires. Again this is on all tires. The tire size is 32x11.5x15 mounted on 10x15 aluminum rims any info you might provide would greatly be appreciated.( dot number: vd tire size: 32x11.5x15 )”Owner report · Tires
