After this happened three times in a 20 mile stretch, the vehicle displayed a warning light saying that the system had malfunctioned and automatically turned the forward collision system off. The problem still occurs to this day when driving under the conditions previously described and has nearly caused a number of accidents. The vehicle is available for inspection upon request.”Owner report · Forward Collision Avoidance · Dec 2022
