When driving my fuel gage shows a quarter tank but my tank is empty. Other 2009 Nissan Titans, they have the recall from March 2010. But my vin doesnt have it. Even though im having the exact same issue.Owner report · Fuel/Propulsion System · Jul 2024
As I backed into a parking spot I proceeded to try to switch from drive to reverse to straighten out and the lever went floppy. I am stuck in drive with the emergency brakes engaged. The wires under the column shifter wore at just the right time to what appears would be the clock spring!!Owner report · Steering · Mar 2024
My fuel gauge on my truck does not work properly. When my gauge shows a quarter tank full its completely empty. The reason i know it doesn't is because it died on me in the middle of an intersection and blocked traffic. The gauge still showed a quarter tank of gas. I had it towed to an auto repair shop and they ended up putting a few gallons of fuel in it and then it started. I do see that there is a recall for this exact issue ( campaign # R1010 and NHTSA # 10v-074 )and i would like to have it repaired before any serious accident happens.Owner report · Electrical System · Dec 2023

Our 2009 Nissan Titan was involved in a roll over accident and no air bags deployed. The driver side air bags did NOT deployed at all. My son ended up with a broken collarbone, fractured back rib and possibly humorous fracture on muscle injuries the accident. My insurance company has inspected the vehicle and has possession of it at a salvage yard. There were no indications that there was something wrong with the air bags or the air bag sensors.Owner report · Air Bags · Jun 2023
My fuel pump issue is currently a recall on my truck. I've tried for a month to get it into the local dealership and keep being put off til the next week. It finally quit completely and I had it towed. I was put off another week. I called the following week to be told again it would be another week on my truck. I told the supervisor that wasn't acceptable and was informed if I didn't like how he did buisness to come and get my truck.Owner report · Fuel/Propulsion System · Jul 2019
While driving down the mountain I attempted to brake. The brake pedal had to be pushed entirely to floor to engage. It was difficult to get the truck to slow down. Luckily after several attempts were made I was able to get the truck to stop. I took the truck to nissan to be evaluated. They stated it was a failure of the ABS actuator and said they looked it up and there were no recalls at this time. The failure of this part could have cost me my life.Owner report · Service Brakes · Jan 2019
My titan has only 34617 miles on it and the power steering unit went bad and also sent metal shavings into the rack and pinion steering. I have to pay nissan $1200.00 dollars to fix the power steering unit and try to flush out the metal shavings.if they can't flush out the system add another $2500.00 to replace the rack and pinion steering on my truck. $4000.00 to fix my truck with less than 35000 miles on it. This should not happen to a vehicle with low miles and has been well maintained and pampered since I bought it.I take very good care of this truck and nissan should have to foot this bill! Help!!!!Owner report · Steering · Apr 2018

Part number 25060-zq60d had to be replaced on my vehicle. Noticed that a cancelled recall on this vehicle had replaced a 25060-zq60b. Same description happened with my vehicle. I was driving and gas gauge was reading a 1/4 tank of gas. The vehicle shutdown while in motion on the highway because of no gas in fuel tank. I made a complaint with nissan and was told since the recall was cancelled that there was nothing they can do to reimburse me.Owner report · Fuel/Propulsion System · Nov 2017
