Recalled part not in stock, back-ordered, unavailable and no estimated time of availability; I did not receive a loaner vehicle/I need a loaner vehicle and would like an a "vehicle off road priority tag" placed on my VIN. The plastic oil filter housing was leaking oil onto my exhaust I had to quit driving it because of fear of a FIRE, SO MY QUESTION IS : IF YOU HAVE OIL RUNNING DOWN AND DRIPPING OF YOUR EXHAUST AND YOU GUYS WONT RECALL IT BECAUSE YOU SAY ITS NOT A SAFETY ISSUE? YOU GUYS ARE NUTS, THE MANUFACTURE SHOULD BE MADE TO MAN UP AND FIX THIS PROBLEM INSTEAD OF LEAVING THE CONSUMER STUCK WITH A PROBLEM THAT THEY CREATED AND AN EMPTY WALLET AS WELL, SIMPLY NOT FAIR MANY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN STUCK WITH THIS PROBLEM TO DEAL WITH WITHOUT ANY HELP FROM THE ENGINEERS THAT CAUSED IT, MAN UP AND MAKE EM TAKE RESPONSIBILITY IF NOT THEN WHY DOES THE NHTSA EVEN EXIST AT ALLOwner report · Engine · May 2026

2014 Jeep Wrangler ABS module failure, part number 68145835AE Dash light for ABS and Brake warning light are constant on the dash. This is the 2nd 2014 Jeep Wrangler I have owned that has this problem. It has been diagnosed by the Jeep dealer and another mechanic. The part is on National back order. I ordered the first one in 2024 and it has not been available. I have done a bunch of research and believe a CHIP in the module fails but is no longer available. My Jeep is available for inspection.Owner report · Service Brakes · Mar 2026
FCA is not handling this recall professionally. Dealerships are stating they do not handle the towing, despite this being a DO NOT DRIVE recall that has resulted in deaths. FCA has used a call center that employs people who barely speak English. Lack of ability to communicate with the customer and dealership staff should disqualify someone from serving in this capacity. The service department at my local dealership seems to be suggesting I just drive the vehicle down, which contradicts the DO NOT DRIVE portion of this recall. I do not believe FCA is acting in good faith to perform these recalls in a safe manner for the customer.Owner report · Air Bags · Mar 2026
Jeep ABS system failed. Known widespread issue. Replacement module is on back order after multiple revisions. Failed module disables the traction control with a warning on dash. Warnings also include Brake light and ABS light. With traction control disabled I have had the vehicle spin out of control in wet situation. Once it has caused me to lose control and end up off the road. Vehicle was at dealer for other recall and the ABS module needs to be replaced but on back order.Owner report · Service Brakes · Feb 2026
ABS control module has failed causing the ABS system and the traction control to fail. I have no antilock brakes now. I have had issues with braking multiple times, especially in loose traction. Manufacture stated there's no available replacement parts to fix my condition. Traction control, ABS, and Brake lights stay illuminated on my dash. This also creates a distraction while driving.Owner report · Service Brakes · Feb 2026
The contact owns a 2014 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated that while starting the vehicle, several unknown warning lights were illuminated. The traction control, cruise control, and ABS features were inoperable. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, and DTC: C2200 was retrieved. It was determined that the ABS module needed to be replaced; however, the part was on backorder. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 93,000.Owner report · Service Brakes, Hydraulic · Feb 2026
The ABS module has failed and is apparently impossible to locate. I have been working with a mechanic for 8 months now, and both the dealership and MOPAR cannot provide a date for either a replacement solution or parts availability. This seems to be a widespread issue for the Wranglers from this period. Stellantis should at least provide an alternative. Thanks,Owner report · Service Brakes · Jan 2026
ABS Module component has failed which controls anti-lock brakes, cruise control and traction control. Jeep has no stock of ABS Modules, and no production dates for potential fix. Therefore these Jeeps have reverted a decade or two in safety losing their ABS, traction control and going into limp mode, which prevents you from driving (I have not experienced limp mode but neither do I wish for this to happen.)Owner report · Service Brakes · Jan 2026
