“CURRENTLY THE FUEL TANK IS RUPTURED LEAKING FUEL ON THE GROUND. tHE LEAK IS NOT VISIBLE AS TO WHERE IT IS ORIGINATING FROM. tHE LEAK STOPS AFTER THE CAR SITS FOR ABOUT A HALF HOUR. I HAVE NOT TAKEN THE CAR IN FOR INSPECTION. I DID FIND THAT THERE WAS A RECALL FOR THIS POSSIBLE PROBLEM BACK IN 2012 AND WAS WONDERING IF THE MANUFACTURE IS STILL LIABLE FOR THIS PROBLEM EVEN AFTER IT IS FIXED THE FIRST TIME? OTHER THAN THE STRONG ODOR FROM THE FUEL THE ONLY INDICATOR I RECEIVED WAS THE SERVICE SOON LIGHT CAME ON THE DASH. NOT SURE IF THIS WOULD BE COVERED UNDER RECAL 12V521000.”Owner report · Fuel/Propulsion System · Jun 2021

“I had my 2011 jaguar running while I wait for a locksmith and I could smell fuel coming from the vehicle mainly on the side where the gas tank is located. Once I sat inside the vehicle I could smell gas inside. I looked underneath the vehicle on the gas tank side and I noticed a fuel leak on the tank underneath. I had it checked and was told that it has to do with with the flange. I read that there is a recall but when I put in my VIN- it states no repairs or recalls. This should be covered.”Owner report · Fuel/Propulsion System · Aug 2020
