“Pulling onto 55mph road from a stop, the car began to accelerate then lagged(felt like a pause/stall in acceleration) and then overcompensated with rapid acceleration. This has happened multiple times. The vehicle has also gotten stuck in a low gear when accelerating in auto mode. Took the car to the dealership expressing safety concern of unreliable acceleration and they couldn’t replicate the issue.”Owner report · Fuel/Propulsion System · Jul 2026

“Cabin vibration happens intermittently. Purchases vehicle new with 300 miles on it. Less than a month I experienced this vibration for the first time. It has happened at least once a month since. The noise and vibration is inside the vehicle only and only noticeable when driving. It appears to be related to the noise cancellation system.”Owner report · Unknown Or Other · Sep 2025
“Wireless phone charging pad overheats phone to the point the phone turns off. Concern for possible fire hazard due to how hot the phone gets. In July 2026 the dealer was advised of issue. “I have disable their rear emergency breaking over 10 times. Every time I turn the vehicle off it turns back on automatically. I have a trailer mounted bike rack hooked up to my vehicle and every time I back up it slams on the breakes. I have take then steps to turn this off but it will not remain off. Having this turn back on automatically is a safety hazard in my opinion.”Owner report · Forward Collision Avoidance · Jul 2025
“Vehicle experiences noticeable vibration or rough idle when in Drive at stop, especially after warm-up. The issue persists despite regular maintenance and oil changes. Multiple owners report similar symptoms in 2022–2025 Infiniti QX60 models. The 2025 QX60 uses a new engine that has already been recalled in other Infiniti models due to similar issues. However, there has been no recall or official repair action issued for the 2025 QX60, even though the same engine and symptoms are present. Possible engine mount or idle control defect.”Owner report · Engine · Jun 2025
“My wife was at a store and she put her merchandise into the car (with her purse and key fob) to put the cart away. As she was walking away she heard it lock and then she was unable to open the door. She had to call me from a bystander and I was able to download the Infiniti app and get her password etc and log in and unlock the car. I have looked online and this seems to be a common problem with incidents of babies being locked in the car and being unable to get in. Seriously scary issue.”Owner report · Unknown Or Other · Mar 2025
“very heavy vibration. Entire vehicle shaking. I thought it was the motor mounts. Very intermitent. Kicks in at 2,000 rpm. I went to dealership and found out the problem is active noise reduction has a problem with a defect on amplifier.
