The car locked with the keys inside. This has happened multiple times. My young children were strapped into their car seats outside in the summer heat when the door locked with the keys inside. We had to have firemen/police come help. Thankfully we were able to locate the second set of keys within 15 minutes and the children were wet from swimming and stayed cool because we were parked in the shade and the sun was setting.Owner report · Unknown Or Other · Jul 2024
The side view mirrors slowly tilt up when the vehicle is running and snap back to the bottom position. This occurs on both the driver and passenger side mirrors. This occurs when the vehicle is parked as well as when in motion. It appears to occur more often after a carwash or rain.Owner report · Visibility/Wiper · Apr 2024
I have brought my Infiniti QX60 in twice related to sterp & Bluetooth for hands free phone calls. They first did a firmware upgrade. I have had intermittent problems and reported to them. I actually had same model as a loaner they gave me and radio and Bluetooth phone connection would not work. I drove to the dealership and showed them. They have put the blame on my new Samsung phone as causing these issues. Asked to explain and they couldn't. They would not change out control boards so get radio and hands free phone calls as I drive many miles a month.Owner report · Electrical System · Feb 2024

We went to a carwash and had to put the car in neutral. Not easy to do, but we finally got it in neutral. So, we come to the end of the wash, the car is rolling out and when we tried to move it back into drive, IT WOULDN'T GO! It kept on beeping every time we tried. Panic set in and my son jumped out to push the car out of the way but the car PUT THE TRANSMISSION IN PARK! He jumped back in and accidentally hit the brake which allowed him to push it back into drive.Owner report · Power Train · Jul 2023
