2020 Infiniti QX60: problems, recalls and reliability

“2020 infinity qx 60 Bought car used in 2024 with 80,000. There is a hesitation when accelerating and sometimes seems to want to die when idling. There is also a knocking sound at times when accelerating. At times I feel transmission skips. When turning right or left or reversing, the wheels seem to creek and almost grind a bit. I am great about maintenance and called to determine if my vin was included in the current recalls. I am told no, but am experiencing the same symptoms described by infinity. “My engine is making a knocking noise and wants to stall sometimes. Some other Nissan engines have recalls and I feel like it should include this engine. “The contact owns a 2020 Infiniti QX60. The contact stated that while driving on the highway at 65 MPH, the sunroof glass shattered without impact. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer where the vehicle was inspected, and the contact was informed that there was no cause for the failure found. The contact was informed that the sunroof glass needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. “The contact owns a 2020 Infinity QX60. The contact stated while driving at undisclosed speeds, there was an abnormal knocking sound coming from the vehicle. The contact stated that the sound was more evident while turning to the left or the right. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, where it was diagnosed, and the contact was informed that the axle was damaged. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V402000 (SUSPENSION, STEERING): however, the VIN was not included. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. “The left rear side window rolled down and won't roll back up and made clicking sound causing both safety issue driving my kids in a stormy day. I tried to open the door and it opens only 10 percent . I had to go from the other door to get my kid out the car. I owned the car 4 years now and I'm the only owner . I took it to the dealer and they opened the door replaced the window regulator and motor. This a faulty make from manufacture that I End up paying for about $1200 . They refused to cover for it because warranty expired in January 2024 but I only have 51000 miles on it. “While driving at a speed of 70mph, on a highway at 4:15 PM temperature approx 55 F an extemely loud sound from my roof happened. I was not under any trees or near any 18 wheelers. No debris seen around my car when it happened. I pulled over when safe and looked at my roof. The sunroof had exploded! nothing else wrong with the car! This could hav caused a terrible accident had I not over-reacted. There was no warning for this explosion. I called the dealership and was told to bring it to a collision center for repair. “While driving, the vehicle will sometimes think there's an object (vehicle or something) close in front of me so the brakes will automatically engage, which slows down the vehicle. This is quite alarming as this has happened on several occasions, causing me to almost get hit from the rear. I previously took the vehicle in to report this problem but they couldn't duplicate it so I was informed that there is no problem. HOWEVER, just because they don't know how to duplicate it, that doesn't mean the problem doesn't exist. I am concerned about my safety so this needs to be addressed ASAP.
