“A friend was cleaning my 2007 chevy cargo uplander van and did not know the child safety lock was on. The door slid closed due to the van being parked on a hill while he was still inside the van. There was no way out! Both side doors were locked and the back hatch door has no inside handle. This person was in the van for over an hour banging on the doors and screaming for help in over 90 degree weather in georgia. He described the incident as "he thought he was going to die"! Luckily someone heard him and rescued him. He was ringing wet with sweat and was severely dehydrated. This could have been a fatal accident if someone had not heard him banging on the doors.”Owner report · Unknown Or Other · Jul 2015
