Since the purchase of the truck the vehicle does emergency breaking at different times from what seems to be faults sensor input. #1 on freeway onramp specialty circular 2 lane, if on the inside lane the truck will alarm and drop the throttle out. This also happens some time at the 3/4 point of the on ramp when cars on the freeway are perpendicular in front of the vehicle. # 2 the same alarm and throttle dropout happen on the freeway randomly and on two lane roads when vehicle are approaching on a 2 line road. The return line from the transmission cooler is rubbing on the bumper mount bracket. My vehicle has just over 9000 miles on it and the cover around the line is already worn through. The way the line is mounted offers no flexibility to push it away from the bumper bracket. This will eventually lead to a failure of the return line on the transmission cooler. I was informed of this issue by a post on a public forum. The person that posted this issue had a failure of the return line in the same spot due to the same issue.Owner report · Power Train · Jul 2018
