Failure of Torque Converter. Transmission flushed. May or may not work. Retest after 200 miles. If failure continues, replace entire Torque Converter.Owner report · Unknown Or Other · Jul 2026
Torque converter shutter makes vehicle lunge forward while driving. Feels like something pushes you from behind. On a wet road and especially in a curve this could cause rear wheels to slide.Owner report · Power Train · Mar 2026

I was travelling at approximately 32 miles per hour when I rear ended a vehicle that was in front of me, the vehicle in front of me was stopped. The airbags did not deploy in my vehicle. Damage to the vehicle was substantial enough to declare the vehicle a total loss.Owner report · Air Bags · Nov 2025
The infotainment system is not functioning. The screen will come on as I turn on the truck, then it goes blank. Sometimes it flashes and then goes black. I cannot use any of my apps or connect to Apple CarPlay. This has been going on for months now. I have complained to Chevrolet and the dealership. They have failed to provide a solution. This truck only has 35,000 miles on it. We can no longer take it on trips because we have no navigation, especially in areas where wi-fi may be hard to connect to by just our phones. We have followed all the trouble shooting provided in the Chevy app or online and nothing helps.Owner report · Electrical System · Oct 2025

Unable to remove ignition key. Sticks in the accessory's mode. This happens periodically and I can eventually get key out by continually moving shifter back and forth until key can be removed. Concerned that eventually this won't work. I noticed that this is the main complaint on the Chevrolet Colorado.Owner report · Electrical System · May 2025
I experienced shuttering when accelerating, leaving Treasure Island garage. I got on the freeway and drove 11 miles. I experienced shuttering again after waiting at a red light. I experienced final shuttering after reaching another red light. Had it towed to the dealership and was told that the transmission was no longer operational. Truck was 5.5 years old with a little over 60k miles. I was on the way to pick up my daughter and thankfully, she was not in the truck when this occurred. Truck did routine maintenance at Chevy dealerships only. Fairway for the majority and Findlay the final year of its life.Owner report · Power Train · May 2025
