Called local buick dealership at 928-774-1472 in flagstaff arizona and talked to the service manager and he stated that gm does not have a recall for my 1993 buick, park avenue. Windshield mounting corroded body opening pinchweld, leaks and stress cracks may occur when mfg or replaced ie no paint or protection was ever put on ie quality safety ie there is no way rust can get t the mounting of the glass. When using speed control, the vehicle coasts to a much higher speed downhill.got as high as 85 before I noticed the speed. The trans shifts down to a lower gear from aotomatic speed control but gets hung up and suffers severe shuddering . VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: PASSENGER VEHICLES MANUFACTURED FROM AUGUST 1991 THROUGH JULY 1995. THE TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER LINE CAN SEPARATE WHEN THE VEHICLE IS OPERATED IN LOW TEMPERATURES IN COMBINATION WITH HIGH TRANSMISSION LOADS.

Remedy: DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER LINES.
