What is going on and how it gets diagnosed
P0365 says the signal from camshaft position sensor B on bank 1 went missing. The engine computer uses cam position to sequence fuel injection and, on many engines, to run variable valve timing; losing the signal degrades running and on some designs stalls the engine outright, because the computer no longer knows which cylinder is where.
The sensor itself is usually cheap and accessible, which makes it the popular first move - but two context checks are worth the pause. Low oil level or pressure disturbs the variable timing hardware this sensor watches on many engines, making a healthy sensor report chaos; the dipstick is free. And 'sensor B' on a code implies an engine with more than one cam sensor - if codes for several cam sensors arrive together, shared wiring or a shared 5-volt reference is the likelier villain than a simultaneous sensor die-off.

“When I come to a stop, either at a red light or stop sign, and I have my foot on the brake, and come to a complete stop. The engine would idle rough and then would either die on me, or if I have time, I would put the driver selector switch into neutral and give it some gas before the engine quits. I have a OBD2 reader for my IPad, and when this happens, usually the codes P0365, or P0369 occur.
