“I took the vehicle to the dealer because it 2we making a noise in the rear of the vehicle. They changed the shocks, but the noise didn't stop. I took it to a private mechanic that told me that the noise was coming from the rear bushings, which are plastic (most of the time the bushings are made of metal) inside of the hub. I was charged to fix the wrong thing by the dealership, and the problem was still not fixed. Why did they use a plastic part, just to save money? This will be the last time I buy a toyota. The vehicle still makes noise, and is heating up my tires at an alarmingly fast rate.”Owner report · Suspension · Jun 2018
