The vehicle had a factory re- manufactured transmission installed, which is now sticking in second gear and frequently fails to shift into another gear. The manufacturer is aware of the failure, but hasn't provided a remedy to correct it. The transmission has to be replaced with another re-manufactured transmission. *jbOwner report · Power Train · Aug 2004
1990 plymouth voyager with the 3.3 engine, run the vehicle 20 or 30 minutes and shut it off leave it sit 15 or 20 minutes then start it up and put it in drive it does not want to shift out of low. If I shut it off and start it up and put it in drive 3 or 4 times it will start working. I also have had it shifting ok been on the highway in od and the transmission kicks out of gear until it gets back down to 25, 30 mph then it slams into low. *laOwner report · Power Train · Oct 2003

Fuel rail leak. NHTSA recall 00v268000 describes a fuel rail leak recall that applies to 1996-2000 minivans with 3.3 and 3.8 engines. I have a 1990 grand voyager 3.3l which has developed the same leak on the fuel rail cross-over tube. Chrysler declines to cover this as outside the recall dates. Dealer quotes $768 for rapair. Rest of vehicle has been worst piece of junk ever owned.Owner report · Unknown Or Other · Feb 2003
Fuel odor was coming into the vehicle while driving. Vehicle taken to dealer, and informed that fuel was leaking from the fuel o ring. Feel free to provide any further information.*akOwner report · Fuel System, Gasoline · Jun 2002
We have already replaced the transmission 4 times; appears a 6th is now needed. Two of the replacements have been "free" to us because they occured in less than 1 year from installation. This latest one lasted just a little over 1 year, which means that we will have to pay for it ourselves. This known issue should be fully covered by the manufacturer. In fact, I want reimbursement for all of the transmissions I have had to replace.*akOwner report · Power Train · Dec 2000
Fuel rail leakage. Notified manufacturer, and informed consumer that warranty expired, and nothing will be done unless cost goes to consumer. Please feel free to provide any further details on this matter. *akOwner report · Fuel System, Gasoline · Nov 2000
Failures of transmission and fuel pump created hazardous conditions due to unplanned stopping in unaccommodating traffic.*akOwner report · Power Train · May 2000
The a604 transaxle design is flawed. The longest service interval I've experienced with this transmission was 72,600 miles, in the original unit. The 1st rebuild went another 70,000 miles, and then that rebuild only lasted 40,000+ miles. I'm getting tired of paying. *akOwner report · Power Train · Apr 2000
The consumer received a recall letter in 1997 for liftgate. Liftgate it willnot close. Consumer has tape on the liftgate. *akOwner report · Latches/Locks/Linkages · Apr 2000
