“The recently completed recall on this vehicle back in 2021 last year for the wheel hub caps. Approximately two days ago, I drove it off the dealership and after I got home I noticed the wheel hub cap was missing from my passenger side. This is a known hazard and hasn't been remedied correctly from the last recall service it had and I'm sure it fell off again. Would I be able to get this replaced for free? Because the dealership told me it wouldn't be covered under warranty and they're asking me to fork over $120 for a plastic hub cap.”Owner report · Wheels · Jul 2022
“1)The side cover on the driver's seat covering the seatbelt harness area detaches from the seat. The defect has been shown to the Mercedes dealer, Autohaus on Eden of Northbrook, IL several times. The dealer refuses to fix it. 2) The wheel hubcaps fly off during a normal drive of 30 mph risking injuries to other vehicles. The recall has been issued by NHTSA, but the same dealer refuses to acknowledge and fix it.”Owner report · Wheels · Apr 2022
“While leaving work and making a right turn my car died, a quick malfunction notification came on the display then nothing. I was stuck in the middle of the road. It took minutes to be able to start up the car and get it to shift. It was a complete failure in middle of traffic. It's now been at the dealer for 16 days. No end in sight. Mbusa has been horrific in their customer service. Nothing shows on the diagnostic check. But. On a test drive while leaving the car in the hot phoenix sun and it did the same failure. The same issue happened with my husbands car on the same day same model”Owner report · Unknown Or Other · Jul 2020
