Digital Instrument cluster screen has gone black 3 times since October 2025 making it impossible to see speed or other important driving safety information. Panoramic sunroof suddenly broke on my Mercedes GLE53 coupe while on a major highway. There was nothing near my vehicle when this happened. My children were in a car and this was a very scary moment for us. Mercedes will not cover the costs of Replacing the glass, forcing me to make a claim with my insurance. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked and occupied, the vehicle moved independently whenever the parking brake was not activated. A dealer was contacted. The vehicle was taken to the dealer to be diagnosed; however, the diagnostic result was unknown. The contact stated that the ABS module was replaced. The contact owns a 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLE53 AMG. The contact stated that after starting the vehicle, the message "Washing Fluid Needed" was displayed. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer who refilled the washer fluid reservoir, but the washer fluid immediately leaked onto the floor. The service advisor indicated that the washer fluid reservoir was faulty and needed to be replaced. The contact was later informed that the part was on backorder and no repairs could be performed. Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (MBUSA) is recalling certain 2023-2024 GLE 350, 2020-2024 GLE 450, 2020-2023 GLS 580, GLE 580, 2019-2023 GLS 450, 2021-2023 Maybach GLS 600, AMG GLS 63, 2021-2024 AMG GLE 53, AMG GLE 53 Coupe, and AMG GLE 63 S vehicles. A 48-Volt ground connection under the passenger seat may not be secured properly, resulting in the ground connection overheating.

Remedy: Dealers will inspect and tighten the 48-Volt ground connection as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on May 3, 2024. Owners may contact MBUSA customer service at 1-800-367-6372. MBUSA's number for this recall is 2024040002.

Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (MBUSA) is recalling certain 2024 GLE350, GLE450, AMG GLE53, and AMG GLE53 Coupe vehicles. The accelerator pedal module bracket may have been improperly welded, which can result in the bracket breaking or detaching.

Remedy: Dealers will drill through the spot welds and secure the bracket with rivets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 5, 2024. Owners may contact MBUSA customer service at 1-800-367-6372. MBUSA's number for this recall is 2024030009.

Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (MBUSA) is recalling certain 2021-2024 GLE, GLS, C-Class, E-Class, S-Class, SL, GLC, CLS, AMG GT, and G-Class vehicles. Please refer to MBUSA's recall report for specific vehicle details. The fuel pump may shutdown, causing a loss of drive power.

Remedy: Dealers will replace the fuel pump, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on June 28, 2024. Owner notification letters will be mailed in phases, on February 23, 2024, April 19, 2024, June 28, 2024, August 9, 2024, October 1, 2024, and December 2, 2024. Owners may contact MBUSA customer service at 1-800-367-6372. This recall is an expansion of NHTSA recall number 23V-445.
