2024 Lexus TX: problems, recalls and reliability

“The AC stopped working and now they are charging me to replace the condenser which is located right in the front behind the grill. They said it was damaged from a rock that hit it. There are thousands of these vehicles that have this poor design where all these condensers are getting hit and having consumers pay for this damage because it is not under warranty. “I have a Nuna Rava carseat that has malfunctioning harness straps. The straps can be pulled loose even after proper buckling and tightening. My child is at risk of injury, bodily harm, or death in the event of a car accident due to the harness straps failing to stay tight. “I recently bought this vehicle and the drivers seat height does not raise approropriately. I have brought it to the dealership for them to take a look and they say that's how it's designed however the passenger seat height goes much higher. I called Lexus corporate who mentioned there is nothing they can do. I have driven the LX and RX models that do not have this issue. “The contact owns a 2024 Lexus TX 500H. The contact stated that while the vehicle was turned off and attempting to refuel the vehicle, the fuel tank door release button was depressed multiple times however, the fuel door did not open until after several attempts. The contact removed the plastic panel from the wheel well and pulled the fuel tank door lever manually and opened the fuel door. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired.
