“Purchased 2022 Jaguar Fpace SVR, delivered in June with no spare key. Ray Catena Jaguar advise Jaguar would supply spare key soon. It is now November and still no spare key. Jaguar Corporate Customer Service, Mahwah, NJ gave a poor response "contact your Retailer Parts Department." Ray Catena did not appreciate that response because Parts Department has no information on spare key. Then sent a email to Yesenia Machuca, Jaguar Public Relations Specialist-not even courtesy of reply. This is a Safety issue "stranded requiring spare key".”Owner report · Unknown Or Other · Jun 2022
“The contact owns a 2022 Jaguar F-Pace. The contact stated that the rearview camera displayed a distorted image while the vehicle was in reverse(R). The contact stated that the failure obstructed the visibility and prevented the safe operation of the vehicle. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer or an independent mechanic. The contact stated that the failure persisted. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. “The contact owns a 2022 Jaguar F-Pace. The contact stated that while at a complete stop, the vehicle would intermittently shift into neutral(N) independently without warning. Due to the failure, the vehicle would fail to accelerate forward upon the depression of the accelerator pedal. The contact would be forced to shift the vehicle into park(P) and then into drive(D) in order to resume normal driving operation. The vehicle had yet to be serviced or diagnosed for the failure. Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Jaguar) is recalling certain 2021-2024 F-Pace vehicles. The oil filter housing can crack and leak oil into the engine compartment.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the filter housing, oil filter, and o-rings, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 27, 2024. Owners may contact Jaguar customer service at 1-800-452-4827. Jaguar's number for this recall is H506.
Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Jaguar) is recalling certain 2022 Jaguar F-Type, F-Pace, and XF vehicles. The driver and front passenger seat belt pretensioners may be damaged, which can cause the seat belts to not properly restrain occupants.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the front seat belt assemblies, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 15, 2022. Owners may contact Jaguar customer service at 1-800-452-4827. Jaguar's number for this recall is H412.
Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Jaguar) is recalling certain 2021-2022 Jaguar F-PACE vehicles. The incorrect tail lights may have been installed, resulting in rear turn signals that do not illuminate properly. As such, these vehicles fail to comply to Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 108, "lamps, reflective devices, and associated equipment."
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the tail lights, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 16, 2022. Owners may contact Jaguar customer service at 1-800-452-4827. Jaguar's number for this recall is H404.
Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Jaguar) is recalling certain 2022 F-Pace vehicles. The vehicles were manufactured without an Audio Amplifier Module (AAM), and therefore will not provide audio safety features, such as seat belt reminders, turn signal sounds, and Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) warnings.
Remedy: Dealers will install the missing AAM, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 27, 2022. Owners may contact Jaguar's customer service at 1-800-452-4827. Jaguar's number for this recall is H415.
Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Land Rover) is recalling certain 2021-2024 Land Rover Range Rover Velar and Land Rover Discovery, 2020-2023 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque, 2019-2024 Land Rover Range Rover Sport, 2020-2024 Land Rover Range Rover, 2020 Land Rover Discovery Sport, 2020-2024 Land Rover Defender, 2021-2024 Jaguar F-Pace, and 2021-2022 Jaguar E-Pace mild-hybrid electric vehicles (MHEVs.) The DC-DC converter can fail due to an internal fault in the boost control microchip. A failure of the DC-DC converter will result in a loss of 12-Volt system charging and can lead to complete loss of drive power and exterior lighting.
Remedy: The remedy for this recall is currently under development. Interim letters notifying owners of the safety risk were mailed June 17, 2026. Additional letters will be sent once the remedy is available. Owners may contact Land Rover's customer service at 800-637-6837. Land Rover's numbers for this recall are D126 and H575.
