The under body frame and oil container rotted and the frame came apart. Problem was noticed with oil change. I noticed that all of these models years were recalled except 2005 ... why not? They were virtually the same car. I want a repair or a rebate for this manufacturer problem since I have less then 100000 miles on this 15 year old car.Owner report · Suspension · Mar 2022

My subframe rusted straight through like the older models of the same car described I was told the problem over many years now but I took my car in recently to get an alignment and that's when it was discovered that it had rusted all the way through and was told it is not safe or usual the consumer stated the vehicle had the same recalled subframe, but the vehicle was not included in the recall. *jsOwner report · Suspension · Aug 2019

Air bag light stays on --needs a recall -I have a friend who sued general motors after her husband was killed in a car wreck -won big timeOwner report · Air Bags · Nov 2018
My 2005 hyundai xg350 has experienced sua, (sudden unwanted acceleration) twice in the last 3 months. This is a very serious and dangerous safety problem that has been reported to hyundai motor america and the NHTSA too many times. Twice, I pulled into a parking spot and while applying the brake, the car accelerated and I was unable to stop it , even when I stepped on the brake very hard. I wonder why, after so many complaints to hyundai motor america and the NHTSA, that this very dangerous safety issue didn't warrant a recall, since this problem goes back to 2006.Owner report · Vehicle Speed Control · Oct 2018
Mechanic tells me that the frame on my xg350 2005 is very badly rusted and unsafe to drive at 100k miles. All other years of this vehicle have a recall on this issue!! Why not the 2005 model? Obviously a manufacturer's problem. Many others report the same issue. Also, the air bag warning light is on. I have had this fixed once and it was expensive. Problem is reported many times by other owners.Owner report · Structure · Jun 2018
