2017 Hyundai Azera: problems, recalls and reliability

“The contact owns a 2017 Hyundai Azera. The contact stated that the trunk was difficult to open manually. The contact was able to open the trunk after several attempts. However, the trunk would no longer close securely and had to be tied closed with a wire. The dealer was notified and advised that they were overbooked and could not schedule an appointment to diagnose the vehicle. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure.
