The car was traveling south bound on interstate 680. Upon approach to the mission blvd exit there was wood pieces / debris in the number 3 & 4 lanes. The car rolled over one or more of the aforementioned wood pieces and sustained a flat tire on the front passenger side. At that moment both front airbags deployed. The driver was hit by the airbag. SOME COMBINATION LAMPS THAT ARE NOT EQUIPPED WITH AMBER SIDE REFLECTORS FAIL TO CONFORM TO FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 108, LAMPS, REFLECTIVE DEVICES, AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT.
