The contact took the vehicle to regal chevrolet (925 bartow rd, lakeland, fl 33801, (863) 588-4010) to be serviced and was informed that the passenger air bag needed to be replaced. The dealer confirmed that the parts were not available for the recall remedy. The manufacturer was notified and stated that the vehicle was safe to drive. The VIN was unknown. “All the sudden the dashboard started cracking in two places. One is above the steering wheel and the other is by the passenger side airbag on the dash also. It was just in my garage. The contact stated that the check engine indicator remained illuminated. In addition, the service stability track control indicated off. The contact also stated that the vehicle stalled but was able to restart the vehicle. The failure was recurring. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where ti was diagnosed that the spark plug failed.
