“I experienced death wobble at 70 mph going over a bridge expansion joint. Had to hold the wheel with both hands and get down to 25 mph before I could regain control. My 2014 has 75,500 miles. Just ordered new tires and got exact replacements as I don't want to give ford an excuse. This is my 12th ford and now have a vehicle my family is not allowed in for $45k. I have had many steering and suspension parts wear out and get loose in other fords, but never has any wear forced my off the road and not allow my family in the vehicle. If ford doesn't fix this problem I will have a new gmc in a couple weeks. I have calls out to the owner of my local dealer, but no response ye”Owner report · Suspension · Jun 2019
“Front oil cover leakage. There are four trucks with the same problem at the dealer. The front cover bolt loosen themselves and causes a small oil leak that covers the front and bottom of the engine. This leads to multiple parts being replace that do not need replaced. After cleaning the engine and finding the leak, it is tightening four bolts that only three can be tightened by sight. The fourth bolt cost $4000 to tighten. This seems to be a known f250 issue.”Owner report · Engine · Jun 2019
“Front suspension death wobble. I was driving 70 mph hit a small series of bumps on the highway the truck started to shake so bad I could not keep it in my lane. I ended up crossing two lanes of I-70 and into the median before I could get the truck back under control. Truck was not damaged but this is a serious safety issue with this truck that needs to be addressed before someone is actually killed. I will not drive this truck until this gets fixed but its something that ford needs to cover and address”Owner report · Suspension · May 2019

“I have a 2014 f250 and I was driving on the highway when the check engine light came on at 106k, when I had it checked it was reading code p20ba. I know there is a recall for this code for the def heater redundant on years before and after...when will there be a recall for this year as well. I had to have it replaced at the dealership.”Owner report · Unknown Or Other · Jan 2019

“High pressure fuel pump went out and sent metal through the fuel lines into the injectors. I was driving down the highway when the pump went out and the truck shutdown while I was still moving. This isn't so much a safety recall but I have spoken to many other 6.7 diesel owners and the same has happened to them. Ford wants $9000 to fix and says this happens to a lot of the 6.7's . I am lodging the complaint in the hopes of your board enforcing a recall. That is my only reason”Owner report · Fuel/Propulsion System · Sep 2018

“Right rear door ajar, according to ford dealer this is an issue with all the trucks if the owner's do not use the doors all the time. It is a $300.00 part plus labor, if ford knows about it then they should recall and fix the issue. I opened the right rear door to put groceries in the back seat of the truck and the light on the dash came on, when it is on the interior and exterior lights stay on for 12 minutes when the vehicle is shut off and the right rear door ajar light stays on the dashboard.”Owner report · Structure · Feb 2018

Blake fulenwider ford (115 w houston st, beeville, tx 78102, (361) 358-8877) diagnosed that the failure was due to the def sending unit pump. Recalls - 1 campaign
Icon Vehicle Dynamics, LLC (Icon) is recalling all 05-UP FSD 2.5 Centerline Stabilizer Kits with part number 65050. The kits were sold as an accessory for certain 2005-2021 Ford F-250 4X4 and F-350 4X4 pickup trucks. The foam ring inside the stabilizer "through shaft" may block the piston ports, possibly causing the steering to lock up.
Remedy: Icon will notify owners, and dealers will install a new shock assembly with a revised foam ring and steel support disc, free of charge. The recall began December 21, 2020. Owners may contact Icon customer service at 1-951-689-4266.
