“My Chrysler Pacifica was parked in my driveway, and I went out and heard a large boom and my panoramic sunroof shattered. This is a known problem with panoramic sunroofs especially Chrysler. The weather was warm and sunny. This is a no impact incident and a safety related glass failure. I have several photos and am waiting for the Dealer and Chrysler customer care to open today.”Owner report · Unknown Or Other · Jun 2026
“Manufacturer and dealer failed to remediate safety recall after seven weeks under the pretense that the dealer is not authorized to order more than 2 parts every 7 days. But I am not aware of a federal, state, nor county regulation establishing such restriction. The restriction thus seems to be self-imposed and therefore under the control of the manufacturer.”Owner report · Air Bags · Jun 2026
