“My vehicle is currently being recalled for the recall 52D, I have reached out twice in a thirty day span asking about a fix and been told both times there are no parts for this fix. “My car is a part of NHTSA Campaign No. 26V362 / Manufacturer Recall 52D and on July 30th, 2026 it suffered a fatal transmission error and stopped on the highway. I am unable to drive it and it officially needs its entire transmission rebuilt. My wife was driving back from work and the car shutdown in the middle of the highway and she had to risk her life to get it to an emergency zone. The turtle symbol came on the dash and the dealer confirmed the transmission needs to be rebuilt because of a manufacturer defect.”Owner report · Electrical System · Jul 2026

“The vehicle caught fire earlier morning of 7/9/2026. It was sitting in front of house unoccupied. The alarm went off twice which pressing the key fob shut it off until the third time when the alarm would continue until it died down. I went to my door to check and noticed the car was on fire.”Owner report · Electrical System · Jul 2026
“The contact owns a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica. The contact had received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 26V362000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM); however, the part to do the recall repair was unavailable. The local dealer was contacted, and it was confirmed that the part was not available. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact stated that the message "Battery Over Heated" was displayed, and the check engine warning light was illuminated. The failure mileage was 61,000.”Owner report · Electrical System · Jul 2026
“Our hybrid vehicle has been recalled per the Chrysler Pacifica battery recall. The letter says this is a dangerous fire hazard, needs to be repaired immediately, and we must stop charging our battery until fixed. The dealership has told us it will take 3 days to repair, but is only providing a replacement vehicle for one day. Surely this is not appropriate.”Owner report · Unknown Or Other · Jun 2026
“Rearback up camera intermittently unavailable even after recall with software update. Sometimes is distorted and delayed, sometimes blue or black screen and says camera unavailable. Have to repeatedly reboot camera system.”Owner report · Lane Departure · May 2026
“Driving down a highway at 70 mph and a notification popped up saying to pull over and turn off the vehicle because the engine would shut down soon. I lost the ability to accelerate and impeded traffic. Had to pull over on the side of the road with minimal shoulder. This has happened dozens of times; all at high rates of speed and often in heavy traffic.”Owner report · Vehicle Speed Control · May 2026
“My 2022 Pacifica Hybrid has experienced a total loss of motor propulsion THREE times in the last 8 days at highway (or near-highway) speeds. The car issued a warning to "Stop Safely Vehicle will Shut Off Soon" and had a turtle light appear along with a check engine light and I experienced no power going to the wheels on the highway. This included TWO incidents after a recall repair that was completed to supposedly fix this issue.”Owner report · Vehicle Speed Control · May 2026
“The captains chairs in the second row of the vehicle both had their reclining mechanism fail. This causes the seats to move forward and back sliding when the car is in motion as they will not stay locked in place. They cannot be used for transportation due to it being unsafe for the passenger as the seat does not remain upright. The seat is available for inspection. The seats have not been inspected by the dealer/manufacturer as they are wanting to charge a large service fee and do not have appointments available in a timely fashion. There were no warnings, the seats each failed suddenly upon regular use.”Owner report · Seats · May 2026
