“Engine check light comes on-one cadillac dealer tells me the left rear strut is bad, another cadillac dealer tells me the left front strut is bad. On this vehicle one strut costs $800 apiece. I was told that cadillac has a partial recall to replace both front struts and computer chip for about $600 due to the high cost to the consumer. I have a banging noise from the front end while driving. Are there any recalls or is there a cheaper way to repair this problem?
