“The contact owns a 2022 Buick Enclave. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, water was leaking from the overhead console near the OnStar controls onto the center screen display. No warning lights were illuminated. The contact stated that the sunroof had never been opened. The vehicle was taken to a dealer, where the leak in the sunroof was confirmed; however, the source of the leak could not be determined. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and referred the contact to the NHTSA Hotline to report the failure. “The contact owns a 2022 Buick Enclave. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the daytime running lights failed to function as intended. No warning light was illuminated. Additionally, the contact stated that occasionally, while shifted into reverse, the rearview camera failed to display an image as intended. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer, where it was diagnosed; however, the cause of the failure was not identified. The vehicle was not repaired. “Mounting bracket for exhaust in front develops a leak at a cross member. GMC is aware of the issue and has refused to honor their extended warranty for the 2021 model year on my 2022 Buick that was delivered in 2021 due to mileage even though the extended service plan extends mileage to 150,000, mi and 15 years. “Due to an inability of the Buick auto manufacturers to provide parts to my 2022 Enclave, after becoming disabled to drive in auto accident..since November 27th, enduring a 3 month wait with rental car fees, and emotional stress strickly because unable to obtain parts! How does a company sell a car without the ability to pro ide ANY customer service in a timely manner.. “my 2022 buick enclave was involved in a minor accident that was a stop and go traffic . THE car is supposed to have anti collision sensors in the front grill but the car did not stop or slow down and no warning lights went off , also from the hood had a buckled bacl along with the front fenders and pushed both fenders back a little enough to prevent either front door from opening had to exit through the back seat if the car had caught on fire a person would have not survived , all parts in accident where replaced by the body shop and buick dealer had to recalibrate the collision equipment thanks for any help jeff quicksell”Owner report · Forward Collision Avoidance · Sep 2022
“Engine revving, would not shift even after taking my foot off the accelerator. Had to pull over and shut the car off. After restart, it was very hard shifting but the engine wasn't revving, Engine light stayed on. Engine revved between 3,500-4,500 rpms without shifting. “Front windshield has Shadows when high beams pointed on objects like Signs traffic lights or lights from a moderate distance, issue only shown at night when your high beams pointed on signs, in addition to Road lights from moderate distance shows duplicate lights until you get closer in order for the two lights to be Unified as one object. General Motors, LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2020-2022 Chevrolet Traverse and 2021-2022 Buick Enclave vehicles. The harness connector to the left or right side roof rail air bag may have incompatible electrical terminals, which could prevent the air bags from deploying in a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the harness connector to the roof rail air bags, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on April 29, 2022. Owners may contact Buick customer service at 1-800-521-7300 or Chevrolet customer service at 1-800-222-1020. GM's number for this recall is N212352140.
