What is being recalled

IT IS POSSIBLE FOR THE CLIP TO DETACH FROM THE PIN ON THE BRAKE PEDAL ARM ALLOWING THE PUSHROD TO DISCONNECT FROM THE ARM.
Why it is dangerous
IF THIS OCCURS, BRAKING IS NOT POSSIBLE.
