When approaching a stop, truck accelerates on its own and I am forced to stand on the brakes to stop it. This has happened approximately a dozen times or more. Sometimes it will be a month before another incident. Has happened in reverse also. Always stops accelerating after about 4 seconds. Mostly happens at stop lights or when backing up. Last incident was twice today once at stop light and once backing up in bank parking lot.Owner report · Vehicle Speed Control · Jan 2016

Right rear seat belt does not function. The latch and buckle will not secure all the time. The release button on the buckle remains depressed. *jbOwner report · Seat Belts · Nov 2005
Truck caught fire around 4:00 am on 05/17/05 while parked in the driveway. My 5-year-old child awoke and came to our bedroom and awakened us. We saw a glow out the window and looked out the window to find the truck was on fire. I called 911 and attempted to put out the fire with the water hose unsuccessfully until the fire department got there. I then began to water down my wife's and sister-in-law's vehicles which were parked close to the truck and wet down the house which was also close by. The fire department then arrived and put out the fire but the truck was already destroyed.Owner report · Vehicle Speed Control · May 2005
